The following return policy applies to all products purchased from Nash Granite:
• within 10 days from delivery date – No charge
• 11 to 21 days – 15% restocking fee
• 22 to 42 days – 25% restocking fee
• After 42 days – No returns accepted
• No returns on customized orders
The product must be in unused condition, free from any physical damage and with our label/markings visibly intact.
Return requests must be submitted via e-mail to returns @nashgranite.com your e-mail must include the following information
· Subject: Return Request for (product name)
· In the Body: Please describe in detail the reason for your return. If possible, supply photos to support your claim.
If the slab has already been paid in full, an account credit will be issued and made available for future purchases. Credits will be issued once the returned item is back in our possession. If a slab required replacement, the slab must be returned to us, a credit will be issued and the replacement slab will be treated as a new purchase. Our drivers are not permitted to accept returns without prior authorization from our office. Your return must be approved via an e-mail response from our office.
